Three-Way Conferences

Three-way conferences were held for all students throughout the Primary school.

On Tuesday 20th and Wednesday 21st March, our Primary students, teachers and parents took part in three-way conferences. This is where part of the meeting is led by the student to report and share information with their parents, instead of the usual two-way teacher-parent conversation. This enables the student to be actively involved and share their progress, challenges and goals. It also allows parents to experience learning through the eyes of a child, as they are reflective of their work.

The children demonstrated a lot of confidence in talking about their learning, and feedback from our parents was hugely positive, with many describing it as an 'excellent initiative.'

We look forward to more three-way conferences in the future.
